Rule 5 of the Constitution of the Association says:
1. Membership shall be opened to all Christians above the age of 18 years who shall be of Malaysian citizens and residing in the district of Seremban, Negeri Sembilan.
Currently, membership is by invitation to build a membership base of individuals who are likely to help in the growth of the association.
